Meetings are being

to provide information on the application process, assistance in
preparing the application, distribution of applications, and
acceptance of completed applications.

Application
Deadline:
180 Days
after the Enrollment Application process opens the BIA will
count all applications that have been received. They will begin
processing the applications to determine eligibility. The
deadline will be 90 days after 90% of the applications have been
processed. Community meetings will be held in Reno and Las
Vegas, NV and on or near the following tribal reservations:
Duckwater, Duck Valley, Ely, Fallon, Ft. McDermitt, Te-Moak,
Timbisha & Yomba.
Partial Per Capita Payment:
A partial
per capita payment will be made to all eligible individuals as
of the closing date of the enrollment application period. This
first payment will not exceed 70%.
