 Timbisha Shoshone Tribe of Death Valley Announces Ground Breaking for Family and Community Center Project

The Timbisha Shoshone Tribe of Death Valley, California is breaking ground for a Family and Community Center. The Family and Community Center will provide its members and the surrounding community with a healthcare station, senior/family center, youth and adult education center, cultural center, tutoring, childcare center, and radio programming.  At present there are no facilities of this nature in the area.  This facility will help meet the needs of the low income members of the community.
