Nevada Gold and Casinos Win Ruling
Nevada Gold &
Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) today announced that on February 15,
2007 the Superior Court of the State of California granted
Nevada Gold's Motion for Summary Judgment, in its litigation
against the Rinaldo Corporation. The ruling, which is subject to
appeal, disposes of Rinaldo's single remaining claim against
Nevada Gold. Chief Executive Officer Robert Sturges commented,
``We are pleased with the Court's ruling that Rinaldo's claims
were without merit and believe that the Company's actions were
beyond reproach in its relationship with the Timbisha Shoshone
Tribe.'
